||| SET UP - Please plan to be done setting up by 11:30am, the hotel will not allow any movement of large items in or out of the venue after this time. If you have rented tables and/or chairs, they will be at your assigned booth location (see venue map).
LOAD IN. W Hotel has a loading dock, which can be accessed off of Notoma Street (a small street off of New Montgomery). From Market Street, head down New Montgomery and turn right on Natoma (the last street before Howard) which will dead end at the back of the hotel. 1. You may double park here ONLY WHILE UNLOADING, you can not leave your car here for a long length of time. 2. Check in with W Hotel Security at the loading dock, who will direct you to the freight elevator. 3. Go up to the 2nd floor where you will find the INDUSTRY ROOM and XYZ Lounge. Please, DO NOT use passenger elevators to load/unload as security will not permit this.
||| Parking
There will be plenty of FREE street parking available around the venue, metered parking is free on Sundays. Please read signs carefully, as some areas still restrict parking during specific times of the day. Hotel parking is available, at a rate of $45.00 per day plus tax, or $22.50 for hybrids. Valet parking is also available, at a rate of $14.00 for the first hour, and $7 for each 1/2 hour.

||| Displays, Racks, Tables, etc.
Vendors are responsible for all displays within each booth space. Be creative! Some basic venue rules; 1. Walls, nothing can be taped and/or affixed to any of the walls in the venue. Additionally; tables, racks or other display items can not rest on or be supported by walls, doors or other permanent fixtures of the venue. Freestanding banners, or banners attached to tables or racks are acceptable. 2. Power outlets are limited, if you plan to use power for lighting or displays, please be sure to also bring extension cords. The venue is illuminated like a standard conference hall. Therefore, you do not to bring extra lighting with you other than for accent lighting purposes. 3. WIFI / Internet is not available at this venue. 4. If you have not rented furniture during registration there will not be any available on the day of the show, as they are being brought in from an off-site rental company.
||| Transactions
All vendors are responsible for their own transactions (cash, credit, etc).
||| Swag Bags
If you registered for the DISCOUNTED rate, you have also chosen to contribute between 20-100 items in our swag bags. Swag bags will be lined up under the check-in table, where you can easily drop items into each bag.
||| Music
W Hotel / XYZ Lounge shall provide W's Lounge music from 12-2pm, followed by a live DJ set from DougeEYE from 2-6pm.
||| Photography
Storm Vincent, San Francisco's premiere party photographer will be photographing the show from 3-4pm. Photos will be available for view on his website as well as launchshows.com
||| Security & Conduct Vendors are responsible for safekeeping of all personal and/or business property.

- Take Bay Bridge/Highway 80 East to the Fremont Street Exit.
- Turn left onto Howard Street and continue for 4 blocks to the hotel entrance.
- The hotel entrance is located on the right. Look for the red sign marked "Wheels".

- Take the Golden Gate Bridge/Highway 1/Highway 101 South and exit at Marina Boulevard.
- Follow Marina Boulevard to Bay Street and turn left.
- Turn right onto Embarcadero, then turn right onto Howard Street.

- Take Geary Street to Market Street and turn left.
- Turn right onto New Montgomery, and then turn right onto Howard Street and proceed to the hotel.

- Take Highway 101 North to Highway 80 East towards Bay Bridge.
